I draw 24 pictures to represent the state of the " microwave modality device" in 24 days. The intensity of radiation is change in a few days since the power station. So these 24 24 pictures show the different movement, changes, states but have same architectural framework.

the Mimesis for microwave

The project is creating a physical model to mimic the invisible change of the microwave radiation. We cannot see the microwave radiation and also cannot feel it. But this microwave radiation is harmful for people and the radiation is a kind of energy. It is bad for people who lived beside the site since they do not know what time is good for take a walk on the site. Thus, I want creating a physical model which can use the architectural movement and style to describe the microwave radiation like the intensity, the main trend direction of radiation. The arrowhead shows the main trend direction of radiation. The unit of intensity of radiation is w/cm2 which means the quantity of energy across 1 cm2 speace. In this project the relative movement between frame and arrowhead part will shows the intensity of of radiation at that time. In additional, it also can receive the energy of radiation for the movement.This is three main function.

This device shoud be set on the main trend route of microwave radiation. In order to kown this information, I pick some point in the site and measure the data and record the value by day. Acording these value, I connect the same value point togother and draw the contour line of radiation like a map. All the wave crest and the trough shows the main trend of radiation.
